Check-in counters are located on the ground floor in the Departure area and New Departures area at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Refer to information screens to locate your airline's counter.
How do I get from one terminal to another?
Currently, JAI does not offer inter-terminal shuttle service. Passengers can use taxis or app-based cabs for transfers between terminals.
Where can I find information about my flight's departure gate?
Real-time flight details are displayed on digital screens throughout the airport. Passengers can also check the JAI’s website.
What are the security check procedures?
Remove laptops and electronics from bags and place liquids in a clear, resealable bag. Follow airport signage for instructions.
